What is Send?

Send SNVR to someone else. You can choose the recipient in 3 ways:

1. Telegram numeric ID
2. 6-digit receive code
3. Oasis wallet address (0x…)

Method 1 — Telegram numeric ID

1. Open the SNVR Telegram bot
2. Check your numeric ID (ask the other person for theirs too)
3. Open Send
4. Enter their ID
5. Enter the amount
6. Confirm and send

Method 2 — Receive code

1. The recipient creates a 6-digit code in Receive
2. Paste that code in Send
3. Enter the amount and send

Codes expire after about 300 seconds (5 minutes).

Method 3 — Wallet address

1. Get the recipient’s Oasis address
2. Enter address + amount
3. Double-check the address, then send

Bot command: /send <recipient> <amount>

Before you send — checklist

• Re-check recipient and amount
• Confirm network and wallet are correct (Oasis Sapphire)
• Confirm you have enough ROSE for gas
• Never share a seed phrase or private key

1. Connect your wallet in Settings
2. Copy your Oasis address and share it

Prefer privacy → use a receive code. Prefer a direct transfer → use a wallet address.

What is Routing?

Normal send: A → B.
Routing: A → routing pool → B (deposit and claim are separated, which makes simple tracing harder).

Step 1 — Deposit into the routing pool

Bot example: /route <amount> <recipient> (or use Routing in the app).

Step 2 — Claim

Example: /route claim <walletAddress> (or claim from the Routing screen).

Modes

• Fast Mode: usually seconds up to about ~2 minutes
• Enhanced Mode: about 30–120 minutes delay (stronger privacy)

Fee: 1% total

• 0.5% burn
• 0.5% project / ecosystem

Claiming to a fresh wallet address is recommended.

Routing does not guarantee full anonymity.

What is GhostSwap?

Exchange ROSE ↔ SNVR on Oasis Sapphire. Open GhostSwap in the app (or bot /swap).

Directions

• Get SNVR: you pay ROSE (+ gas); recipient receives SNVR
• Get ROSE: you pay SNVR (+ gas); recipient receives ROSE

Recipient

Telegram numeric ID, Oasis 0x… address, or a 6-digit receive code (preferred for privacy).

Fee: 0.3% total

• 0.2% pool (LP)
• 0.1% ops

MetaMask ROSE for “Get SNVR” is mostly the swap payment (pool rate), not gas. Gas is a separate small ROSE fee.

Bot: /swap [rose|snvr] <amount> <recipient>

1. What Points Are

Points are temporary rewards available only during the pre-sale period prior to exchange listing. Points are not SNVR tokens, nor are they a wallet balance. They are tied directly to the account logged in via your access link/code.

2. How You Earn

First Action Rewards: Earn 100 Points upon completing your first successful Transfer, and 100 Points upon completing your first Routing claim.

Daily Action Rewards: Earn 100 Points for your first Transfer of the day, and 100 Points for your first completed Routing claim of the day (Reset daily at UTC 00:00). Repeating the same action multiple times on the same day will not grant extra points.

Special/Event Rewards: Points awarded through special events (e.g., referrals) or manual distribution by the SNVR team will display the exact reason provided in your transaction history.

3. How to Exchange

Conversion Rate: 1,000 Points = 1 SNVR

How to Redeem: Go to the Exchange for SNVR section on the Home page and connect your MetaMask wallet to receive your tokens.

Redemption Limit: A daily limit on the number of exchanges applies.

4. When It Ends

The points system and redemption feature will sunset and terminate upon official exchange listing.

SNVR Messenger uses SIWE (Sign-In with Ethereum).

• This is different from the old Secret Network viewing-key flow
• Wallet SIWE session: about 6 hours on this device — after it expires, connect MetaMask and sign again to show balances and use on-chain actions
• Signing is not sharing your private key or seed phrase

Bot balance sync (Settings checkbox)

In Settings → Bot balance sync:

• ON (default after SIWE): Telegram can use your linked address and a short balance cache for up to 1 hour (bot /balance, etc.) without reopening the messenger. SIWE itself stays on this device.
• OFF: the app deletes the wallet address and balance cache from the server immediately. The bot can no longer show on-chain balance from that link until you turn sync back on and connect/sign again.

Turning bot sync OFF does not delete MetaMask. It only removes the server-side link/cache used by the Telegram bot.

Use this on a phone when MetaMask is already connected and you want a different account. The approval windows open by themselves. Stay on this screen. Do not wait, and do not go looking for another button inside MetaMask.

1. Sign in to SNVR Messenger with your /link code, then open it.
2. Open Settings.
3. If the button is orange Connect MetaMask, tap it once. That is the first connection, and the approval windows open by themselves. After you approve, it turns into green Connected and Reconnect. If it is already green Connected, skip this tap. The orange button does not switch wallets.
4. Tap Reconnect once.
5. MetaMask opens the account window automatically. Choose the wallet you want and approve the connection.
6. The login window then opens automatically. Check that the account name is the wallet you just chose, then approve the signature. Tapping the name only shows the address. It does not change the wallet.
7. Settings shows Connected again. Your balance follows the wallet you just signed.

If you cancel, switching stops and you may see Cancelled in MetaMask. Tap Reconnect again. Send, Swap, and Routing keep their own approval windows. This switch is Settings → Reconnect only.

On Oasis Sapphire, gas is paid in ROSE.

Before every transaction: confirm network, ROSE balance, and the MetaMask confirmation details.

If something fails, save the error message and contact support.

Quick troubleshooting

• Receive code expired → generate a new one
• Balance missing → MetaMask connected? Oasis Sapphire? SIWE session expired (~6h)? Bot sync OFF?
• Routing deposit sent but nothing received → complete the claim step
• GhostSwap fails → check ROSE gas, MetaMask network, and pool liquidity
